When Can You Return an Item?
You may return an item if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
In these cases, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Conditions for Returns
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Please include clear photos of the damage or incorrect item with your return request so we can resolve the issue quickly.
No Returns for Change of Mind
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or the item is not as expected.
How to Request a Return
Please email our customer service team at support@stiliq24.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the item. We will contact you within 2 business days to provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, and will be credited to your original payment method.
